Your consultation will be a video call on a secure HIPPA compliant platform.

Appointments are 15 minutes maximum. Please come prepared to discuss your questions and concerns.

You will receive a link 30 minutes prior to your appointment via email to join the call.

You will need to have a list of your current prescriptions and supplements handy.

Please select the provider who will be performing your treatment. If you are unsure, please contact the person that gave you the link to our site.

You MUST fill out the consent forms at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of appointment and you will be subject to a $25 no show fee.

Do not operate your motor vehicle during this appointment. If you are driving during the appointment, we will ask you to reschedule.

Please keep in mind that we will be discussing your medical history if you choose to do this appointment in a public space.
