Practice Policies

At Bellara Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient and provider. To deliver high-quality care and operate efficiently, we ask that all patients review and adhere to the following practice policies.

Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system. Appointments are limited and reserved for you once booked.

To secure a consultation, we require a $75 deposit for Maria Schepis at the time of booking. Please note that the deposit will go towards same-day treatment, but if no treatment is purchased, the deposit will cover the consultation fee. Cancellations made with less than one business day notice will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Bellara Aesthetics requires notice for all appointment changes to ensure we can best serve all patients. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 late-cancellation fee. Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges at Bellara Aesthetics' discretion.

All scheduling changes must be made through our online booking system. We do not accept appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests by social media, text messages, voicemail, or email. Log in to the client portal in the footer of our website, or linked here to manage all booking updates.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and no-show policy. To cancel an appointment, log in to the client portal here and cancel or reschedule your appointment(s).

Payments and Fees

Payment is due in full at the time of service or purchase. Bellara Aesthetics accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as other approved payment methods, at checkout. Gift cards may be used toward eligible services and products in accordance with our Terms of Service. Any applicable fees, including late cancellation or no-show fees, will be charged to the payment method on file.

Gift card purchases and redemptions are governed by the Gift Card section of our Terms of Service.

Product Sales & Returns

Bellara Aesthetics accepts returns of products purchased through our online retail store within fourteen (14) days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Eligible returns must be unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact, including but not limited to plastic wrap, tamper seals, outer packaging, and any internal components. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Products may also be returned in person at a Bellara Aesthetics location. Products purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, clients must contact Bellara Aesthetics at info@bellaraaesthetics.com within the 14-day return window to receive return instructions. Return authorization applies only to eligible products. Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund. Items purchased during promotions or sales are final sale and not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable. If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bellara Aesthetics must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Eligible items must remain unused and in original packaging, and approved cases will be replaced or refunded.

Bellara Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for adverse reactions or sensitivities. Clients are encouraged to consult with our team prior to purchase to ensure appropriate product selection. Bellara Aesthetics reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Arrival and Office Procedures

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule, and applicable fees may apply.

Medical Considerations and Safety

Certain services may not be appropriate for all individuals. Patients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, or other health considerations prior to treatment.

Bellara Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if a service is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

Personal Belongings

We recommend minimizing the amount of valuables during your visit. Bellara Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Guests and Minors

For safety and to maintain a clinical environment, guests are not permitted in treatment rooms unless otherwise approved. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and parental consent is required for services.

Electronic Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and practice-related communications via phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.

Policy Updates

Bellara Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these practice policies at any time. The most current version will be available on our website and referenced during the booking process.
